1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Pocket Gaffer, a matchday assistant app for grassroots football coaches. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Pocket Gaffer is intended for adults (coaches, parents, and guardians) who manage youth football teams. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. You're also responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
• Prices are shown at checkout. We may update prices with 30 days' notice.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• If you're on a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

5. Acceptable use

Use Pocket Gaffer lawfully and respectfully. Don't attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything illegal or harmful.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Pocket Gaffer available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Pocket Gaffer is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we're not liable for issues like data loss, downtime, or decisions you make based on information in the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or our systems.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
